Respawn NPCs/animals if they get stuck for a certain period of time.
How about if the npc/animal is stuck in a place for more than X minutes, it simply respawns at its bed?

Good idea. Somehow, a goat got stuck in my mountain home and for the life of me I can't find it! LoL -

AkkyYes, please! My cats get stuck in every nook and cranny. I tried my best to adapt my buildings and reduce possible stuck locations, but they just keep finding new places. I cannot recount how often I had to pick them up and place them near their bed again.

Bethra100% agree. For some reason every dog and cat in my base appears to want to get stuck under the bottom stair of a staircase, even when I have it boxed in they kinda nose dive into it and wiggle half way into the wall, its weird and sometimes I can't pick them up because they have got so tucked in and have to dismantle the stairs, well that one ....And then stuck behind cupboards which are backed up against walls rofl. Sometimes they unstick themselves if I can get myself into a position to pet them - but not always

Gabe Owners MergedTamed animals need their pathing fixed. I am constantly having to pick up/move placed furniture because they manage to somehow get stuck behind them even if there is no space for them to move behind it. Please fix it

AngelaThis needs sooooo many more upvotes, one of my biggest gripes in the game right now. Surprised it doesn't have more traffic.

TimoIts literally impossible to have them not get stuck, my yaks get stuck in their own food bowls and beds, like i cant not use those.. this badly needs fixing especially with no other choice but to have those for wool..

BenYaks clipping into barn walls/fences/their own bowls then deciding they can't reach their food, thereby not producing wool, has ground our current playthrough to a halt.

CrosswalkerRespawning at the initial spawning point or bed is drastically better than what is currently happening. I had cats teleporting inside tables, windows, inside walls, to the outer blocks of a 2nd floor, etc.

Lt Easy ChairI've rebuilt my pens for captured animals several times. Going from wood to stone, even placing ground pieces and they still find a way out or get stuck somewhere. I see that other people have the same problem with the Yaks getting stuck on their feed bowl. Sometimes I find 4 of them stuck there. The baby animals are the best at finding a way out of the pen, tho. Found a lamb walking down the path outside the pen once. It's a great game hopefully you can make it even better.
