Player permissions per flame altar (rather than for the entire world)
Locked structures/containers with options to unlock, protection of terrain around another players building, separate the flame to per player instead of per server, right now all servers are just grief servers, cant build anything, I rented a server for this game and due to that forced to password it for known players only.

I think this specifically talking about the new permissions model and the fact that you cannot allow the "friend" setting to build their own altars at all.
Altars should be tied to the server admin or the person who built said altar.
Please allow more granular settings and change the altar permissions back to how it used to be. -

DavidBetter then per player as you suggested, would be per TRIBE. The players should be able to form them, and altar limit should be set per tribe.
That would make it safe and community friendly -

VYRUSPer player/tribe as an option for the flame altars would be great.
On my server we are happy progressing the world together, but we wish there was more player-specific progression and player-specific NPCs. -

BmarI would love to be able to specify whether a flame altar can be seen or used as a fast travel on an individual player basis - like maybe you have your own limit of private altars and you can specifically name those who can use it. Would be a great way to stumble upon other players towns/locations and have granular permissions per altar. Also perhaps a general no build zone radius around private altars for anyone without permission.

KuraiThis so much:
I run a private server, and it's nice to have a common base with shared resources etc.
But I also love to have my own home with my own chests etc.
Having permissions per flame would allow me to lock my personal chests, so nobody can steal my stuff, and I can decide what to share in the common base and what not.
Same with building permissions, no trolling if the house owner doesn't want to. -

Henry MergedCurrently the only way to prevent someone from destroying or making changes to your base is within the actual game/servers settings that fully disables building for everyone, this implements some issues such as being unable to collect new animals and means players can't get the full game experiance.
It would be good if the host can go to individual altars and add or remove people from a list that permits players to build within that specific altars space, meaning each player can have there own bases without being able to ruin other players.
I think this would add a much better and dynamic play style to the game, allowing players to both protect there bases and allow others the full game experiance.
edit: Further more it could have the ability to decide if people can access a specific bases chests or not. -
