Add a warning on the final port in a dungeon to avoid having to restart the entire dungeon.
Just cleared the Revelwood Hollow Halls dungeon and stepped into the final port thinking it took me to the final boss. Instead, it took me back to the start and the dungeon reset to the beginning with no way of returning to the final boss fight except by rerunning the entire dungeon fights, barriers, and all.

Agreed. "Gotchas" like these are a negative player experience. Having to guess which one of two teleporters will take you down a different path of a dungeon is fine; but having to guess which one fucks you up by kicking you back to the start and resets the whole dungeon is not.
Not labeling teleporters that simply move you around the dungeon is an acceptable exploration hazard, but teleporters that exit the area should look different.
