Add Tailor NPC to craft discovered clothing and armor
Adding a tailor to the game. We have the other major NPCs (blacksmith, hunter, wizard) that can craft armors but all the other outfits in the game you have to go find manually over and over again to collect. Now with the game becoming fully mature a lot of us are decorating our settlements with manikins and having to clothe those manakins with normal civilian clothes is a very tedious endeavor. Add a tailor NPC to the game that can craft any non armor outfits that have already been found by the player minus maybe the twitch drops.

djhracer7 MergedSince we can't repeat completed quests: A new NPC that can craft all the Cosmetic clothing after we've found it! Perhaps also add some other random clothing options that only they can craft. Any Cosmetic armor that just doesn't fit into a quest. Probably move the Party Hats, Wall Hangings, Tapestries, ect from the bard, to this NPC too.
