please make poisoned arrows retain all of their piercing damage. poisons should be dot on top

arrow plus poison shouldnt equal half an arrow. my mind cant come to grips with this decision. please fix

To me, all poison damage should be like this. No instant crap. For any current and future weapons and other sources of "Poison".
