Allow to choose level of crafted lore weapons
In our play-through we were never able to upgrade the lore weapons, because we never had the materials required to do so with the level of the flame we already possesed. So right now the system seems not to help at all. It would be easier if you could at least choose the weapon of 1 lower flame tier.

PaulJHonestly, the base level 1 form of all gear should be easily obtainable, with higher level variants being found as valuable loot, quest rewards, etc.
If the designers are running out of loot ideas (there are only so many types of gear, eventually the player will have collected them all), they can always have loot drops include rare materials that result in improved recipes or bonuses to the crafted item. There can also be regional variants, boss variants, enshrouded versions vs pure versions, faction versions, etc. There's so much the lore has to offer than can be translated into loot/chest drops.
That would be a lot better than simply copying looter ARPG mechanics where we farm chests repeatedly like slot machines. That's not what a crafting game should be forcing us to do. If I am a wand player, finding swords will always be useless for me. On the other hand, finding materials can always be useful provided there are enough recipes for crafting, combining, tier improving, etc. -

ParkerchemproI can't craft the upgraded version because the Flame requirement keeps going up. As of right now, my flame needs to go up yet another level to get the upgraded version. We really need access to earlier upgrades rather than just the 1 that the game seems to think we should have. I think this may be due to my character being a higher level than necessary for the area unlocked by my flame altar.
My character is level 22. My Flame level is 4. My Wailing Blade is level 8. That is fully upgraded with a gem. I have never been able to craft a higher level due to the constantly increasing Flame requirement.
The only upgraded version of the Wailing Blade available to me is level 16/19 requiring a Flame level of 5. By the time I get to Flame level 5, I will have levelled up more and the Flame level requirement will go up yet again. I would like to be able to craft an earlier version or at least the version that MATCHES my FLAME level rather than my character's level.
