Define sensible animation loading priority
When under excessive load the game should drop non-essential animations first and income damage related animations last. Currently stuff like the light wisp or the shroud filter ability get rendered before incoming projectiles from for example the Banshee.
Context: This is especially annoying because the performance drops are periodically. So its not a matter of finding the correct graphic settings.

Is this also the reason inventory slots get unloaded? They REALLY need to reconsider this, especially since we access our inventories repeatedly, all the time. It gets annoying real fast to open the inventory and see it empty AGAIN. Close, wait a couple seconds, re-open... still empt-- oh wait it finally loaded.
The crazy thing is, it even seems to dump it the moment you close your inventory. Try it yourself: open your inventory when you have this issue happening, wait for everything to load... then close your inventory and immediately re-open it. For whatever godforsaken reason the game will dump your inventory when you close it, requiring yet another delay to reload when you reopen it.
