High level Gem Forge should use lowest eligible essence level when upgrading low level gems
When visiting a high level gem forge (e.g. Kindlewastes, can upgrade gem to level 30-32) you can only use the highest level archaic essence (for Kindewastes its level 25) to upgrade gems, even if you the gem is low level and you have the appropriate low level essence in your inventory. So if you want to upgrade a level 10 gem to the level 30 after reaching the Kindlewastes you will have to visit three separate gem forges in Revelwood (essence level 13), Nomad Highlands (18) and Kindlewastes (25) OR waste 10 gem levels worth of level 25 essence at a Kindlewastes gem forge. This feels so unnecessary. The essence level required to upgrade a gem from level n to n+1 should be tied to the current gem level and the forge level should only set the limit the level to which a gem can be upgraded.
