Make enemy detection be separate for each player

Stealth and daggers still feel weak, and sneak attack in co-op is basically useless if your allies don't let you slowly sneak attack things while they just sit back and watch.
Making enemy detection be different for each player could allow stealth players to disengage, sneak back into the fight, get a sneak attack off and disengage again.
