Add Flame Alter placement permission
On my server there are a couple of players that refuse to listen when we explain that we are limited on Flame Altars and need to work together.
Repeatedly they will go not very far away, place their own flame altar and then build a small base.
Despite there being ample space for them to build in the build area with everybody else.
I don't want to be the person to say to them, you can't play with us, but it's reaching that stage. They build fine, but the limited flame altar options just is not clicking with them.
I need to be able to increase flame altar count or prevent others from being able to place flame altars, right now I can't do either.

Hello buddy,
In short am I understanding that you basically want to share your server with other people (not necessarily friends) and allow them access to the Flame altar so that they can build their own bases, as well as keeping their own storage chests, etc? Basically two separate setups.
In essence, looking for an admin feature or something similar that allows random players "guests" to have access to the maximum of say, 2 flame altars of the total amount and only access to the chests that they place.
