Change the Wet Duration Reduction to Oxygen Duration Increase for the Veilwater Basin armor sets.

Wetness Duration is practically a non-issue since just carrying a torch would dry you off in a matter of seconds, while Oxygen Duration is limited to burning 1 or 2 food slots; swapping the Wetness Duration Reduction stat for Oxygen Duration Increase on the Veilwater Basin armor sets (the ones made when you unlock Gold Ingots/Water Reptile Leather/Aquamarine Dust) would drastically improve the utility of the set.
