Queing Attacks - PLEASE Stop

Please STOP the game from queuing attacks at all. I shouldn't continue to do a heavy attack as much as 1 second or more after I've released the button. I shouldn't also be queuing attacks whatsoever for any reason. A click should mean a click. If the attack can't be done, then don't allow it to be done until I click when it can be done. This leads to extreme jankyness and unreliability and trouble in combat.

revelwoodieLast night I helplessly watched my character hacking away with her sword at explosive barrels, unable to move away, while her queued attacks played out. I survived (barely), but this really shouldn't be a thing I have to worry about.
