There should be some kind of pop up or flash or sumthing when an enemy spots you off screen I'm sick and tired of being killed by an enemy I didn't even know existed

Adran NailoYou could do it Skyrim style - an indicator that replaces your aiming reticle when you sneak. It would be a closed eye when you were hidden, partially open when an enemy is suspicious (the orange diamond over enemies' heads), and fully open when you are spotted (the red diamond over their heads)
