Scavenger Berserkers are too powerful

Try to fight them at level and you'll find that the only way is from far away.
They attack so fast you can't parry everything. With the little delay of potion drink, which is good, it's too late
You'll get out of stamina whatever you do.
I have far more trouble with these ones than all other NPCs, even bosses and this is not my first run.

Nerf proposal : making them slower to get in par with potion drink delay.
