Tone down the wet debuff
The wet debuff is ridiculous. 15 minutes of having your stamina cut in half if you get rained on is absurd. What's even more absurd is that late game gear cuts down this debuff, so it's not even that the dev team doesn't realize how absolutely out of line this debuff is, it's that they have decided that not getting absolutely destroyed by a light drizzle is an endgame reward.
Can we just cut the duration and stength of this debuff to something reasonable and not need endgame gear to defend against it?
Also, while we're at it, can we have some other mechanics for mages than just "Absolute annihilate wet enemies with lightning"? It would be nice if fire, ice and acid had some synergies you can build around too.
