Shroud vignette option

The view in shroud fog may be immersive, but its low visibility makes me tired.
I prefer bright and clear view, and shroud vignette would be a solution.

I would be fine with having to craft the potions that cause the vignette. Low Vis does actually lower my stamina bar IRL lol
