Adding removing enchantments

When weapons or armor are salvaged, you should receive recipes for the skills and enhancements that are on the item. Then you should be able to add and remove them from items. You can even add an enchanter with your own gem forge. Adding this to late gameplay would be a good addition to the game. Even in early gameplay you should receive the recipes even if you haven't unlocked the enchanter yet.
