Raise the level of reward from the Dragon quest

Currently, the dragon quest where you have to find all the pieces of the map, to find the treasure, which is also in a higher level area, dropped a level 30 bow. Items obtainable from this quest line should be level 50 since you have to travel through and complete this quest in the highest current area level.
