  Add this, but make it so it's actually % increase per altar level so people cannot abuse it i.e dropping an altar for 5 stone simply to mine something and then destroy it i.e clay.

  Rake / Stamina cost in base is not necessary when building.

  I think people would exploit a feature like this for mining or other stamina-related tasks as altars are so easy to drop/extinguish.

  Hi, I have spent nearly 40 hours building in this game and there is no reason why raking or running while inside the base should cost stamina. This is a L for no reason.
