Aggro and Healer targeting.
I would like to see a overhaul of the current aggro and Healer systems. Dungeons and group play usually result in a mess of monsters running everywhere and the squishy players getting rolled over because of the unpredictability of the aggro system. Having it be predictable would allow for MMO-Esque style pulls with organized play and strategy being rewarded with cleaner dungeon runs.
To bounce off that, I would also like to see a healer targeting overhaul. Specifically with the "Heal Channel". currently, about 60-70% of the healing orbs go to the healer, which can be useful, but in crucial moments where the tank is dying results in very little control over the situation. I'd like to see the channel heal work more in line with the chain heal, which has far superior targeting and just not enough numbers to make it work.
Lastly, and this is unrelated but amplified by these problems. I'd like to see buffs not expire unless you release your soul. getting downed should not lose buffs.

Cameron Mergedi have tried running a tank build with the talents that are supposed to help me draw threat when my teammates do, and enemies tend to ignore me as the tank, as if im not even there.
Aside from the threat issue, Tanks should take alot less damage, but almost every build has every player taking points into the tank tree, just to reduce damage.
It feels like theres not any point in having a tank if there is no benifit to having someone dedicated to the task.
Everyone has ways in most builds to self heal, to the point that a dedicated healer is nearly useless. i have not had any of my friends who focus on healing actually need to heal me, most of my attacks/abilities heal me when i take damage.
Creature health is low enough that most players 1-2 shot these enemies,
I may be missing something, but at the moment, there doesnt seem to be a use for having anyone become a dedicated healer or Tank -
