Aggro and Healer targeting.

I would like to see a overhaul of the current aggro and Healer systems. Dungeons and group play usually result in a mess of monsters running everywhere and the squishy players getting rolled over because of the unpredictability of the aggro system. Having it be predictable would allow for MMO-Esque style pulls with organized play and strategy being rewarded with cleaner dungeon runs.

To bounce off that, I would also like to see a healer targeting overhaul. Specifically with the "Heal Channel". currently, about 60-70% of the healing orbs go to the healer, which can be useful, but in crucial moments where the tank is dying results in very little control over the situation. I'd like to see the channel heal work more in line with the chain heal, which has far superior targeting and just not enough numbers to make it work.

Lastly, and this is unrelated but amplified by these problems. I'd like to see buffs not expire unless you release your soul. getting downed should not lose buffs.
