Spells stored in staff/special spell book, instead of carrying eternal spells in inventory.
I would like to see the addition of spell runes. A staff would have more rune slots depending on level and rarity of the staff. A player could then craft different levels of a spell rune and slot them into the staff. Spell runes would replace eternal spells. This would make it so you did not have to carry eternal spells in your inventory, and you could carry more or less spells depending on the level and rarity of your staff. This would also solve the problem of having multiple levels of "fireball" for instance. You would craft or loot your initial fireball rune, and then upgrade it in the future with a runeforging table. This would allow you to have a fireball that wasn't overpowered in early game, but not underpowered in late game. You also wouldn't have to carry a bunch of extra crap around in your bags.

instead of crafting the spells for use could have a research table were you can learn spells/craft them for infinite use as long as you have the mana, Which means you can introduce a tome/ grimoire were you store all learnd spells and to offest the change make it expensive to learn the spells or even have both systems have it cheap to make the spells like what there is currently and have a perminante learning solution were you dont need to keep crafting it to use it weather it's the idea iv'e mentiond before or from just lots of use of spell like a proficiency system. ps: to help balance it out for arches so they arn't left out You could also make the very basic arrow a infinite arrow that they don't need to craft that everychariture has but it does lower damage But if they want to do higher damage then they need to craft better arrows. -

ixxxo MergedEternal spells are great addition and another goal to aim for. They however interfere with inventory management - best would be to make their own inventory/list to get them out of the way.

Please dont change this. its a great way to at least compare to to other classes like the archer. the lack of a separated arrow quiver means I have 2 Columns in my inventory that consist of different arrows I pick up in my travels that I cant scrap into base materials to consolidate for later crafting. so too should be the condition for magic casters until both conditions are considered and remediated in the same update.

a utility belt and Quiver would satisfy this feature but then the warrior class should have some use of the utility belt as well in the form of more inventory or potions that can be hot keyed. -

Mona MergedI like to play magic caster. I love the ability to use a wand for my main damage dealing and cast spells with my staff with Q for big damage and awesomeness. However, my inventory is half full with spells. I, and I'm sure many other mages, would love a spell book where we can store our spells to cast them as we please. This book would only take one inventory slot, and all spells gained either through adventuring or crafting can be stored in there without a # of spells cap. if there is a cap, maybe 200-400 per spell level? It would be something like the spellbooks you would find in Baldur's Gate 2 (2, not 3). you would then open the spellbook and see all of the spells and the charges you have there. Honestly, it would be nice just to learn the spells and cast freely depending on your mana, but I like the game's system, too.

Twin Caliber MergedThere is needs to be a way to lock the order of spells because every time the order is different and it is hard to quickly find the spell you want when being chased by enemies.

Geno MergedAllow us to learn eternal spells after crafting them, so they do not clutter the inventory, with each update there are more must-hold items for spellcasters, and even the basic range of eternal spells + some consumable spells means a significant reduction in available slots.

Orin Slythe MergedAs description, it could start small and be upgradable as we progress. Primarily a way to better organize the chaos that is our Inventory. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if it also acted as Equipment for Statistics or Regin.

LilyTo this effect, i think having the option in the skill tree to specialize your weapon kit would be amazing. Each class could have a node that unlocks 'stacking' of weapons, that you can then hot swap to without flooding your hotbar with your favorite weapons. especially with the 'vulnerability/weakness' that enemies have, a convenient way to swap between alternative weapons is welcome. (The hotbar swap is good, and something i have not taken full advantage of yet, but it doesn't solve the 'flooding' issue. I can keep one bow or staff in my backpack (thanks for the 'skillshot' feature,) but i can't test and comparte them as much as i would like since parrying and kiting are critical skills for a solo.
Sitting down to science weapons is not yet intuitive for me. As a Solo, Im also hard pressed into taking the grappling hook upgrades.
