More Granular Difficulty Slider Adjustments / more increments when changing difficulty

Some of the current sliders need to be tuned as to the value each breakpoint is set at. Especially at ranges closer to the default range. The main slider I ran into that I really wish had more gradual adjustments possible is the enemy damage and health sliders. 100% = Basic Normal. 150% = Basic hard. 200% = Harder than Dark Souls. Then directly jump to 300-500% = 1 hit deaths most places from most enemies. I definitely like offering such extreme ranges, some people like me like to use them. But for me, I'd love to be able to see really granular adjustments possible. I mean take enemy damage for instance. 100 is nothing I'd have fun with. 150 is pretty good. 200 is a bit too high. But 175 also might not quite be perfect, it'd probably be closer to the mark. But I'd love to set it like 180 or 185%. I would vote for a level of 5 or 10% increment adjustments being possible. Could we have a text box to put the exact value for certain sliders?
