Hand magic (use spells without wands, staff, like in Skyrim)

I really miss using magic with my hands, I thought I'd throw it in as an idea.

I think the main obstacle here is they've designed casting to reuse the weapon implementation, i.e. staff = bow, spell = arrow. So to add unarmed casting they can't just reuse the existing system for spells.
