Harvest crops before they are grown should not be allowed
Please do not allow the harvest option on a planting that is not grown enough to harvest. For example, the coffee bean tree. I can harvest it before it is grown enough to give the bean -- WHY? Same with purple berries. Same with others.

With you 100%. i would also like a planter that can automatically distribute seeds, similar to the structures that you find the the 'harvest homestead'. a late or mid game option for to more rapidly deploy and grow crops would be very welcome. A special tool would be fine, if less than ideal for inventory managaement. Ideally, these stations could have an 'auto-deposit' feature as well, for sending grown crops back to relevant chests.
Planting thousands of flax manually, just to give your people beds, yourself all you need for various armors, and to place critical crafting stations is fairly awkward/tedious.
Just ran into the berry thing today. am not happy about having to start my 'seeding' from scratch.
