  I too think that fighting back would be great. But realistically, projectile weapons no chance. Magic no chance. If so, then stab attacks, whereas heavy hammers or axes also no chance. So if we could wield a 1H-sword or a dagger and only attack with stab-movment (no swing, only 1 enemy focus), it would a) help and b) realistic.

  We need an offensive weapon underwater, a spear gun using arrows.

  i think with the add of special habillities for weapons they could implement one single type of weapon like a spear that could attack underwater and its made for this single purpose to fight back, and add a special harpooning habilitie to it

  they could also add underwater weapons
  (yes more stuff to carry around ;) )
  
  but it would fit:
  +range chars get a harpoon
  +melee chars get a trident
  +i dont know what to give the magic guys but something along the line of the bonespear things we have seen in the hollowedhalls
  
  thats 3 new underwater quests right there devs ;)
