  with this nerf, it is now incredibly frustrating to go back to low-level areas to gather resources or complete equipment sets. the hit to non-combat maneuverability is abysmal, necessitating either slogging through POIs en route because you can't just hop over them anymore or taking the long way around. you're also forced to clear these areas of enemies you one-shot, just so they stop spamming you because you can't just jump away from them, which honestly makes for tedious gameplay.
  
  there also now seems to be an input delay when going from double jump into glide?

  the new updraft changes are terrible! why did you nerf it? having to wait for 3 seconds of momentum makes it useless. was a traversal tool being good just too OP?

  I am totally against any further changes to the Updraft skill. It is and should be intentionally realistic and not some sort of cheating tool to overcome obstacles such as tough fights or cliffs, etc. It is useful enough!
  The fight with the dragon, however... I totally find it as THE actual problem of what you describe, and I think the fight should be reworked almost completely - not to mention some bugs that persist since the introduction of the dragon...

  Another idea would make it progression based. The early gliders can be the new way......and the higher end gliders would be like the old mechanic. That way we could grind for the better glider for the dragon fight.

  I hate the new updraft changes. Making the mana bar be full to use it at full power is ridiculous. If we have mana at all then we get the 100% of power. We should not be nerfed for not having 100% mana power
  
  Also, the way it immediately launches you wastes it as a timing tool like I used it before. Bring back the old updraft please! The glider is basically broken and less effective than before. not cool

  Holy moly. Why??? The new glider updraft feels BROKEN and MUCH less effective than before. It was so cool so run around, jump at small rocks, items or hills and then use the glider (updraft) here and there to quickly get moving. Now updraft is basically not usable anymore. PLEASE revert this change, it completely messed up the way of movement - especically in emergency cases, and made me stop playing Enshrouded for now. So sad... :-(

  i dont really see the purpose of having to charge up your updraft before you use it , please remove this...i dont know what to call it but its no good!

  I understand why the new changes were made but it just feels a lot less fun to use now. I used to use it with my mage build in combat in order to weave in and out but since the change I can hardly play mage anymore. I think us staff enjoyers were second-class citizen enough, no need to shove us face first into a toilet. Refounded the skill, as it is it isn't worth the points.

  100% Update 8 completely broke the updraft and it is VERY BAD now, please revert to update 7 updraft

  I understand changing it so it can't just be spammed, but I also think they need to make Updraft an upgradeable skill. The first level being the way it currently works now, and every further level decreases the time/mana required to charge the ability.

  It is already very difficult to navigate the map even with spires and home bases. The extra help with the glider was needed since we do not have mounts. Please consider rolling back the changes on the glider as it has hindered the enjoyment of exploration. Thanks much.

  I wont play this game anymore until the updraft/glider changes are reverted. Gliding is horrible now and there is even a delay when hitting the glide button from jumping that wasn't there before.

  I use to LOVE updraft before, now it's not as fun anymore. And since so many people don't like updraft (I've seen people asking the devs to remove it completely from the game) making it a option in the world settings will make the most sense. Then each player gets to choose what they prefer.
  If it were up to me, I'd love to just fly around the map for as long as mana would allow me to.
