Mage wards can block magic attacks!

Mages get very little defence and one thing I find is that the wards for mages aren't the best, but one area they could majorly differ is the wards being the only type of shield that can block magic attacks. This would give something to mages that seperates them from the tanky/warrior builds. At the moment mages seem like an after thought in the game.

I was also going to make this suggestion!!
It's worth mentioning that in the update 8 devblogs they mentioned that magic is getting a rework/overhaul but the scope for combat changes in update 8 pushed the magic changes to another (the next?) update later on.
